Campaign Set Up.

Before starting any project, we meet with you to fully understand the requirements, to look at the background reasons for the research and then create an action plan to achieve the goals.

We will produce a draft of the questionnaire and sample reports to show how the survey will work, and then thoroughly test all of the possible routes through the questions.

In conjuction with you, we will create a telephone call script to introduce the survey and a detailed brief so that our team fully understand the importance of the survey.

Only when everyone is happy with the process will we proceed to make live calls.
